What did the owner need?
The owner had lived in the home for about 30 years and was not in America to manage the preparation. He needed someone here to arrange the work and keep the process moving while he stayed involved in the decisions.
What did we update?
I arranged cleanout and donations, and recommended new flooring, paint, light fixtures, and recessed lighting in selected spaces. The kitchen was already partially updated. The bathrooms needed a larger remodel, but we focused on making them present well instead of committing to work a future buyer might redo.
What happened?
The property attracted activity and sold. The owner and buyer were happy with the result. Exact price and marketing-time figures are omitted here because those details have not been verified for publication.
What carries over to a Sherman Oaks sale?
The process begins with the specific home, its condition, and the owner’s needs. A preparation plan should identify the work worth considering and the work that may not justify the cost. Local coordination can help when an owner cannot be here.
